Pursuant to Article 10 of the Constitution of Kenya, the State Department for Children Services hereby invites

Members of the Public, relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Private Sector and Civil Society Organizations to submit comments through written memoranda in the format provided in the template below;

1. Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTiP) Amendment Bill, 2025 (216KB)

Submissions should clearly indicate the name, organization (where applicable), and contact details of the
person making the submission and clearly indicate the section proposed to be amended with reasons.

 All submissions should be received on or before 22nd April, 2026.
